We accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item should be unused and kept in its original packaging. If your item has a quality issue, contact us even if the packaging has been opened. We will review the issue and provide return instructions.
Return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee.

Once we receive your return, we normally process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent to the original payment method. After we process it, your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may take an additional 7–10 business days to show the refund on your statement or account. This posting time is controlled by your payment provider, not by getquiplife.
